I cannot make fish and broccoli again so soon. Plus his weight goes right to his muscles. Only diablo (and Chris) would look better with added weight. ;)

Our bodies have a great capacity for gaining water. Boxers can gain and lose 20+ overnight. It's fine for people to get excited when they have large drops at the beginning of their diets but the majority is water, especially on low carb diets.
