Weight: 203 (huh???) Body Fat %: 41.1 Body H2O %: 42.9
How is it possible to have such drastic weight fluctuations in just a couple of days?? The only thing I did differently was go for a long run. I'm eating well, and drinking water too.

It's annoying. Just depends what and when you're eating. Don't trust the scale all the time, but look at how you're fitting into your clothes.
