I need to optimize my fasting schedule to accommodate having the luxury to make a fresh breakfast on the weekends.

I love breakfast! I usually have 3 fried eggs over easy in butter with pan toasted and buttered multigrain toast every morning! Love it! Simple and quick to make, easy cleanup.
