Steady for several days now in spite of higher calories..I hope I am not pushing my luck! I am kind of curious though..could I maintain 118-119 at this level of calories? Or is it going to catch up with me?? Of course if I gain it will not be much as I am not bingeing on huge amounts but keeping close to the same amount, and I can just drop it back down to even things out.. I wonder..hmmm?
Stay tuned...the plot thickens, LOL. Ok not really.
