That looks interesting! I love hot sauce and like putting on my eggs...I don't think I've tried sriracha on them yet...will have to try that! Cool idea w/ the tater tots...

One of my favorite "easy" dinners is to roast potato, bell pepper, and onion in the oven. Put it in a bowl with a fried egg on top, and Frank's Red Hot XD
