95 yesterday..heat index of 121...goooood morning everyone..had storms last night to cool it off alittle...i think thats the highest in heat index ive ever seen it here...i cut grass yesterday morning when it was like 89 with a heat index of 107...an that was at 830 am...cut the grass...and didnt even bother to trim it..went in the house to cool off...did one stationary bike ride...later in the afternoon after an afternoon rain shower thinkin it would be cooler out...big mistake...25 min ride..shirt looked like i was out in the rain in it...so needless to say...stayed in rest of the day...getting ready to head out on my morning bike ride around town...get this day started off right...its 76 this morning with heat index of 85...so yeah probably gonna be another hot one...but hopefully not as bad as yesterday...weight is up but i ate alotta salt yesterday from just being tired and not caring...todays plan is to detox the salt intake from yesterday...and get back on track...well need to get up an moving...have a great day..and keep that water handy...
