My husband today is upset with himself because he cant join me at the gym to be my gym partner. I totally understand, he works odd hours like me but shifted forward 4 hours...so when I get off I have 3-4 hours to kill. He told me to remember to eat at least 3 meals a day. So what I have been doing is taking a picture of my lunch and send it to him via text message. He called me today for a few min. He told me that he was so proud of me. He is so happy to see that I am actually trying this time. Hearing that from him makes me so happy
