I stayed on track today and I had subway for lunch which was really good, I have found that after I started counting pts that I don't really want to spend my points on things when I can eat more veggies or yogurt for a lot less then my points go further.
I am off for the weekend. I am not going to do my diet calendar but I am going to keep in mind that sometimes less is better. I packed my yogurt, carrots, 100 cal snack pack, lean chicken and soup. I figure I will go over but I know that I will stay better on track with the things I plan to make.
