Dieting is so hard! But it's nice to find that exercising, or at least being motivated to, is pretty easy. After I'm done I feel pretty good about myself. Today I'm going for a jog/walk with a friend, I don't know for how long. I'm going to make some pasta tonight too, hopefully I can avoid putting anything too fatty in it, but I really want a good meal. I just did 60 crunches too, about ten minutes after waking up. Now I'm off!
