HDP's right about the last pounds being VERY difficult! For at least the next couple weeks, go back to logging every single food, every meal, every day. Go back to weighing and measuring everything, as well. I know for myself that it's easy to miss a food or two, or end up with portions that are bigger than I thought they were. Once you've got an accurate, daily picture of what you're eating, some trends might jump out at you. You've lost an impressive 34 pounds in less than a year, so you KNOW you can knock out these last 10....just have to find out what to tweak a little bit. The fact that you stayed steady over the holidays is a HUGE accomplishment, as well. Good luck!
