Yesterday I waled 18,180 steps and 5.7 miles burning about 550 calories. I didn't do very well eating last night because of a bad day at work but I did really well eating at work. I snacked on chips and onion dip and had ice cream and a mini bottle of coke. I am not even going to try and enter calories because I know I will be really depressed and its too hard since I didn't really measure the dip or chips or anything. Oh, and I had lots of bread last night with the spaghetti we had for dinner. I was a wreck. Today is a new day for dieting, unfortunately I feel it is going to be another bad day at work. I am already depressed and unmotivated. I only did 39 sit ups today because I just didn't have the motivation.
