早午餐一起吃❤️
同學家種的新鮮無花果
搭配第一次買的酪梨一起吃😋
(那一大盤的水果是切給家人吃的😆)
餐後甜點自製低糖生酮的乳酪蛋糕🍰
和20克的堅果🌰
窗外有些飄雨了🌧️
但是今天的食物令我心情很美好
