Just went to the gym again for the first time in like 6 months. Feeling very confident in my goals. My husband was so proud of me. His input makes it worth it so much more. I NEED to do this for myself. I have been heavy for as long as I remember and I need to change my lifestyle. My mom had Diabeties and my dad has high blood pressure and heart problems. When I got on the scale and saw how much I was I freaked out. I am almost 300 pounds. I swore I would never get like that and I did. Now I MUST make a change in my life for myself, husband and future kids.
