Hello everyone!
I stopped at the store on the way home from work to buy some hamburger buns, wow, All the ones I read that I thought would work had enriched flour, or bleached flour, or sugar as the first ingredients. Then I found a pack of 8, it said 100% whole wheat on the label, but when I read the ingredients, the third item listed was sugar. maybe that's the best I'm going to find. Does anyone know of any certain brand that would be suitable? We eat vegetable patties, the Boca kind. And I'm not sure about Ketchup. Should that be just in limited quantities or ommitted from the diet completely? I don't have the book yet, I ordered it and I'm expecting it later this week.

The book suggests having Boca burgers on whole wheat english muffins verses on buns, but I have not been able to find those either. I plan on searching health food stores this weekend. If you have any luck, please let us know!
