That's not healthy nor condusive to lose weight. Breakfast jump starts the metabolism and should be the largest intake of calories for the day. A little protein, a few vegetables and you're good (of course coffee too ;)) Otherwise the body will go into "starvation" mode and start storing more fat. It's going to take some months of patience and plateaus, but if you do it right you will retrain your body and how it metabolises what you eat. You can literally become one of "those people who can eat anything". I was where you are just this year. Cut out processed sugars, soda, processed foods and grains, and walk at a good pace for an hour a day and you'll see. :) Read the "South Beach Diet" for some basics and some good recipes.
