I have been a member at LWL for two years . When I first started I did really good and lost 30 lbs, then my work schedule changed to me getting home at 5:00 instead of 3:45, huge change not enough time in the evenings to cook out of the cookbook. Then my husband became an over the road truck driver, and now a single mom of a four year old durning the week. I put my self on hold for a while,and went back ready to go again, and ended up on crutches for a month with plantificiuos (my arch in my foot fell)and now very unconfortable arch supports. Needless to say I have come up with every excuse in the book to cheat and not work at loosing the weight. Any time things get tuff I turn to food. Well today is a new day, I need to loose the weight I have been called "pre diebetic" now, I need to be there for my daughter. It is very heart breaking when I cant sit in just any chair because I dont fit. So I hope this website can keep me motivated and on track. And when it gets tuff I can come here just to vent instead of the food. Tomarrow I have to get on that treadmil collecting dust in my living room, ok I need to dust it off first tonight.
