went for a run yesterday. it pooped me out!! I had to go back to work after it too:-O Went two miles. I still did really well, though, after not running for a week:-( I have been eating better, too. I am always carring something healthy and good for me around w/ me:-) Then I don't have to worry about being so, so, so hungry I don't even care if it's good for me or not. I want weight to come off again! I miss that feeling! I have a wedding that I'm going to be going to in MI on June 28th and would love to be 200lbs or below by then. Is the realistic?? I think it could be.. it's about four weeks away.... we'll see if I can do it:-D

Yes, you can do it! 10 lbs in 1 month is nothing if you work hard and are strict with your diet.

I think you can too. I'm aiming for 170 by June 24th. Just keep on keeping on.

YOU CAN do it!!! You are already excercising! try weight training and watch your food intake.
