I don't know how, but I've lost a few pounds since I last weighed myself on 05/19. Especially seeing as how I haven't made a meal all week. I had Chipotle on Monday, Applebee's on Tuesday (chicken wrap, onion rings, and nachos), and Arby's (3 melts, med fries, and 4pc cheese stick) last night. I think it's just because summer is on it's way and my body is kicking into weight loss mode. The summer is going to be a downhill slide as far as weight loss; it's only once winter comes along that I will really have to start being diligent.
