Another day of no appetite. I did some hope improvement activities that reduced my stress level dramatically...I could instantly feel my blood pressure go down. I did clean out my fridge and cabinets. I got rid of lots of processed condiments, tempting quick fixing boxed CRAP, and other remnents of my former faux healthy life.
Tomorrow will be different...I have lunch and dinner plans! :)
