Well another day is done and I followed all my daily goals.

I also updated my video journal with my 4 lbs loss on Saturday and took new measurements today and found that I lost 3.25 inches of body fat so I'm very happy with my results from last weeks workouts.

I'm looking forward to this Saturday results now I hope I'm not disappointed.
