This is my first day on fatsecret.com. I started at 402 and I'm now at 361. Getting ready for bariatric surgery this spring.

361.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 151.0 lb. Diet followed N/A.

Congradulations, when do you have your surgery? I had it to. I use to be 400lbs. Remember after the surgery. Drink your water. If you move you loose. Check out Leslie Sansone walk DVD. Get it from Wal-Mart. Only $10.00. You can do it.
