Recently discovered I have a wheat intolerance and so it’s become hard to figure what to eat. Gluten free pizza twice in a week is not what I want to live on!!
185.6 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
