ok... weekend was ROUGH!! I just don't have the will-power sometimes to say NO to the crap that is being waved in front of my face!! Portion Control Portion Control Portion Control!! WHERE did my control go?? I need to remember that no food tastes as good as being THIN Feels!! In order to take Some of the things I ate this weekend are: CHIPS... ALOT of chips, donuts... alot of donuts, cookies, candy (twix and reeces peices and snickers), burgers and dogs and sausage, and sour cream and alot of alcohol, popcorn, coke... and that's probably not even all of it... I did not make myself and my goals the priority this weekend!! I'm not feeling very good about myself right now, but am back to my healthy habits today... and joined the lose 25 in 10 weeks challenge... I need to make this priority ONE!! I need to up my workouts and vamp up my healthy eating!! I didn't weigh myself today but am confident that I did more damage than good!! I'm very upset with myself!... although I did kind of know what was coming with "girls weekend"!!

Clothes that were loose on me a month ago are getting tighter!! THIS IS NOT GOOD!!... it seems like the more effort and thought i put into living a healthy lifestyle, the more crap I put in my mouth!! the harder i try to stick to it, the harder i fall off the wagon!! what is up with that!
