I bought a new scale yesterday, because my old one seems to be having an internal meltdown. The new one is great because it not only gives weight and BMI, but also hydration levels. The downside? I weigh about 1.5 lbs more on the new one! Yikes! That is going to seriously impede my weight loss progress for this next week. I annotated on my chart I keep at home which day I switched scales, and will just pick up from there. If I have a gain for this week, or break even, I just pick up and move on from there.

I'm more concerned about my BMI...it shows much higher on this scale than it did on the old one. I have to get working on building more muscle....big priority!
