So here I go, gotta get back on the wagon. I've lost nearly 20 pounds since my heaviest weight at 175, 7 of which have been with Weight Watchers. I joined that about 10 weeks ago or so, but the past few weeks I've been lazy. But I am eating much better than I used to, even when I am lazy. I think a lot of my weight loss has to do with cutting pop out of my life. I used to have at least one can a day, and that was after I had "cut back." But now I can't even drink half a can without getting a stomach ache. So that's good I guess. I've been getting more sleep too and studies have shown that that can help, and heck, sleep is one of my favorite things, so I'll gladly use that in my favor. I went shopping this past weekend for clothes to wear for my engagement pictures and I actually could buy clothes at The Limited and The Gap. I was/am pretty excited about that. It's been a long time since I have walked into those stores. The guy at the Gap asked if I wanted to get a credit card, I said no, and he asked why not. I told him that I've been losing weight and have finally lost enough to shop there, but that I wanted to see how long that would last. He laughed, I laughed, and he didn't pressure me any more.
