Today, I was much more disciplined in my diet. Had a wholegrain salad sandwich and a handful of fruits for lunch
I walked up 5 flights of stairs twice. I tried to run up the stairs at a brisk pace, but couldn't manage more than 3 flights at that pace.. I did walk up the remaining steps without resting. Totally knackered by the time I reached the fifth floor.
I also visited the gym and did an hours worth of treadmill walking at a reasonably brisk pace.
