OK well I didn't really do good this week. It was so busy and it seemed like my hubby wanted to eat out alot because we were on the go. I didn't really keep track of any food intake. I didn't make good decisions. I did lose a pound though. I only exercised one day, did some walking and I planted a Garden on Saturday which took up half the day. I enjoyed it since it was such a beautiful day. I'm hoping to get back on track this week. I know I can do this!!!!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
