Ok, today is great!! I am done with last week and I know I gained, but I will not weigh in this week, because I know it will set me up for failure. I am dedicated this week!! I will lose weight, I will not eat anything not core over my flexies!!! I will NOT eat fast food, even if it's two points. I will exercise 3 times this week!! I am going to do awesome this week and I will post every thing I eat!!
I have never felt as awful as I did last night when I had to make myself vomit because I felt so sick to my stomach!!! Being on core, my body was getting used to no toxins or processed crap and it was loving it, so I vow to NEVER be in that situation again, I can say NO to junk food.

I'm with out about not weighing in this week. I've decided to only weight in on friday! I need to make a promise to myself and not stand on that scale and try to do everthing right and nothing wrong to see if I can loose weight without my scale next to me. lol. the problem is I drink water and i run to my scale to see how much weight i put on by drinking water. I'M CRAZYYYY

Don't beat yourself up! So you had a great time with your hubby's birthday…that’s okay. You at least went into it with the right frame of mind! Sounds like you are rearing to go this week! I know you'll do it!
