Ok, today is great!! I am done with last week and I know I gained, but I will not weigh in this week, because I know it will set me up for failure. I am dedicated this week!! I will lose weight, I will not eat anything not core over my flexies!!! I will NOT eat fast food, even if it's two points. I will exercise 3 times this week!! I am going to do awesome this week and I will post every thing I eat!! I have never felt as awful as I did last night when I had to make myself vomit because I felt so sick to my stomach!!! Being on core, my body was getting used to no toxins or processed crap and it was loving it, so I vow to NEVER be in that situation again, I can say NO to junk food.
