A big shock today to find my weight has increased by 5 kgs to 89 kg. Clearly, overconfidence has set it. What with one thing and the other, have forgone a lot of the exercise regime, I had started.. I have also been letting a lot of indiscipline into my diet.
Starting 14 Jan 2013, I am going to reclaim my life back.
