熱量絕不超過400卡喔

蔬菜超多熱量卻不高,一顆滷蛋、超小塊沒有肥肉的小排骨、同樣連1兩都不到的鯖魚、半根黑輪,再加60克左右糙米飯,熱量真的不會高
