Past week has not been a good week for me, there has been nothing but stress, changes in schedule and routine, and lack of sleep. I havent been able to follow any diet or work out plan. I am basically needing to start all over again on will power, control, and mind set. I am the type of person that needs to have the plan of action before I can move forward. I need the sleep at the same time everyday so I can wake up near the same time. I need for there to not be a huge mess everywhere I look. I need for people to adjust to the fact I work graveyards so early ass mornings dont work for me.
Now that I have vented some of the anger out, I am going to take the next two days. Clean the house, remove all cludder, remove the smell of odor and donate everything I have that I dont use. Once that is done I will take one recover day and starting Saturday I am doing two a day workouts, I am not spending any more money, and I am getting all the time I have lost back!
