Yessss!!!!! My lowest weigh in for the year!!! Happiness!!! I also feel I should mention that I started gaining weight due to the Depo contraceptive injection. I used it for three years and gained almost 10kg while training and running Comrades.

I battled to lose weight no matter what I did.

February I changed my contraceptive and the rest is history.

I still look at what I eat and cannot freely go about esting everything I want.

But I am happy.

126.5 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
