day 347..day 13..GOOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!another day, another journal entry..wakin up to 55 outside, but no walk is planned today or tomow..gonna take a rest from walkin for 2 days..give the lower part my body time to rest..so that means watchin the carbs closer then usual..instead going to get some kind of a upper body workout..suppose to be another nice day, with a slight chance of rain..then 4 days of nice weather..or so they say right now..lol..was reading sararay journal about the positive affirmations and i have to agree its good to do that..keeps you more focused on what your tryin to achieve..so i need to get more focused again, and put my mini goals bck in so i can read them thru out the day and get bck on track of reachin that 300 that is so close ...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. NO MORE THEN 20 CARBS PER DAY, MORE FAT AND PROTEIN !!!!!
2. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
3. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN OR FAT, NOT CARBS!!!
4. I AM STICKING TO THE EATING ROUTINE...NO MORE CHEATING!!!!
5. WATER, WATER, WATER!!!
6. I AM ONLY CHEATING MYSLF, WHEN I GIVE IN TO CARBS!!!!
7. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
8. I AM WORKING THE WEIGHT OFF !!!!!!!
9. I'VE DONE GREAT!!!!..WITH 66 POUNDS OFF, NOW I AM REFOCUSING TO WORK THE NEXT 66 POUNDS OFF!!!
10. I WORK THE UPPER PART OF MY BODY, THE DAYS IM NOT WALKING!!!
11. PUSH THE WORKOUTS, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!

sounds like your lackin on potasium?? to keep from havin the leg cramps simple fix..even little short walks, would still make the one walk you do on treadmill...

Thanks MIke, I may try that today... It really scares me to exercise today!! That was SO PAINFUL!! I wanted to cry but I was a big girl and controlled my flow of tears, LOL.

Oh and something else.... it was even going into my feet... Have you ever done that?? Like everything was "drawing" up or something?? So painfully weird!

Wow! I am so impressed with the success you have had and that you've been sticking to this for about a year! I like your list of mini-goals, very focused and specific. I have one comment (and I do realize that nobody asked me) pertaning to eating only when hungry. I have started cancelling out the hunger by 'forcing' myself to eat a pre-determined set amount of protein and fat calories every few hours - 7:00, 10:30, 12:00, 2:30, 5:00, 7:30 - you don't have to listen to me, but for myself if I am 'hungry' it is hard to stop and feel satisfied because of the whole 20-30 minute wait time between eating enough and he satiety signals reaching the brain. It's none of my business, really. You are doing an amazing job without my unsolicited advice, lol :D Keep up your great work.

i appreciate the feedback mass..ive gotten to the point that i almost have to force myslf to eat..as im not really hungry anymore like i once was at a set time..and when i do eat, i try my best to stick to what i have put in my food journal..today is a new day for me to get bck on track, and to refocus my efforts to move on and downward..i do appreciate any and all ideas..
