After what I ate last night, I can’t believe it’s not more.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

No, but I closely watch what I eat even when I'm eating poorly. Yes, I use a scale.
