Welcome back. It's wonderful you can make changes now, while you can. This is great for not only you but your family. I'm glad you gave up soda and juice, and it's good you know juice just turns to sugar very, very quickly in your body. Sugar (blood sugar) makes you more and more hungry. You can do it. Try to get your husband involved. I found it way easier to lose when he was on the same page as me.
