Making through another Detox week. am trying to get a weigh in in, will be visiting dr on monday so i can FINALLY see if i am doing good on this plan. I know i have increased energy and am staying up doing more not just a couch potato. been better on the exercise, although not more than walks and gardening, but its a step.

I think im getting blue because as i tell my husband, i like numbers, and seeing i cant tell by weighing myself i feel as though i am at a stand still. and as he says my starting weight was done before i quit smiking so maybe i gained weight from the time i visited the dr to when i started the plan. BOY is he good at not making me feel bad huh!

So my goal is to be below 300 sad to say that, but like being honest here, cause i have my wii fit preordered and i cant exceed the weight limit. see mini goals have a place too!

Keep up the motivation that this site provides!
