I weighed in at 180 this morning. I had to step off of the scale and then back on to be sure that I was reading it correctly. I was! Fingers crossed that I'm in the 170's by this weekend. I have noticed that I tend to lose about a half a pound a day when I'm watching my sodium and sticking strictly to plan. I have been sticking strictly to plan and I am seeing the results of that.
I've never really been much of a breakfast person and recently, I have been eating breakfast to make sure that I get my 12 - 15 veggie carbs in a day. This morning my breakfast was Roast Beef and Brussels Sprouts - and it's what I'm having for lunch as well.
I'm happy. Really, really happy with the amount that I've lost. I am going to reach my goal this year. I am not going to do what I did last time and just give up when I get close.
