I've been eating pretty healthy and keeping my portions small. No food after 7. I went to zumba the last 3 nights. My knee is a little sore this morning but not as much as it was when I first started zumba. I've been drinking lots of water. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself and am determined to stink with it.
