Waffle House is not good for dieters. All I can say...lol. I was so hungry yesterday I opted for 2 grilled cheeses instead of double hashbrowns. But all in all I stayed within/under my RDI. I have it set at 1500, but really want it around 1300 or less. So Progress is not futile.
Plan to have more water today. Hopefully I'll drink both of my 32oz serving bottles today. :) Today is also my youngest daughter's bday. She's '8' today!!
