Woke up this morning to Trey making me breakfast in bed. Bless his heart. He made PANCAKES!!!! He said, "Momma, I know you aren't supposed to have these so I made them small and I used sugar free syrup." I had to eat every bite (and I did enjoy it). I just didn't want to cheat today after eating movie theatre popcorn last night. I will absolutely be on the bike today!!! Really excited about the scales this week though!!!
