Maintenance is going well. Eating well and getting stronger in the workouts. June 1st is the Goliathon, which is like Ninja Warrior. Ive been training all year and feel ready for it. Learning new exercises along the way. Will learn more :)

Thanks. Yea been working hard. A lot of body weight exercises and meal preps for each week. With some moderation. Ive been constantly educating myself, learning how to maximize my health. The posts you and Diablo post rewlly help with that too.

Thanks everyone. This will be my first time going. I believe there will be a few dozen teams. Its on Saturday June 1st. There will be another one in October. I feel ready for it.

Thank you so much kwpcalories and yes I did practice hanging with just my fingertips. I have rock climbing equipments and stuff I attach to a pullup bar and practice hangs.
