Well I'm on day 4 and I do feel different. I have exercised daily (except for today) and I haven't weighed myself yet, but I feel a difference in the way my clothes fit. I have on my gauge pants. You know ... those pants that let you know you've gained or lost. Well they fit perfect, so that's a good sign even though I prefer when they are a little big.

I do cheat I must confess, but I limit it. I cheat with a spoon of peanut butter. I know it's wrong, but I'd rather do it with the peanut butter than with a McDonalds kids meal!

Peanut butter is a good cheat. It is low on the G scale. I use it to reel in intense cravings that come up now and then. I love the super chunky kind! YAY!!! PEANUT BUTTER!!!
