Wow-- I really lost it today!! I got in to the Bay at 7:30 this morning, and already tired from being up since 4, stopped at Starbucks and got a mocha frappucino (not too bad) and a scone (oops :( ). Then, at lunch time, I drove around looking for someplace to eat-- I avoided Panda Express, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Taco Bell, doing so well!-- Only to see a DQ!! It was warm out and I have this total weakness for DQ, so CRAP!! I just entered my lunch into the food diary and I ate over 40 points today, just in those 4 items!!!! No wonder I was so overweight-- I used to eat like that DAILY!
So, I'm not going to let it phase me. I went to Safeway before checking in to my hotel and bought a garden salad for dinner (which I haven't touched yet cuz I'm not really hungry), a couple of sodas, a box of WW chocolate chip cookies, and a box of Fiber One bars. The hotel has breakfast in the morning, so I will look for oatmeal and fruit and eat a million times better tomorrow (or today according to this site lol). I will NOT show a gain next week-- I'm determined!

MMMMmmm... DQ! My alltime fave is still the Buster Bar. I've loved them ever since I was a kid even though they have gotten smaller and have less fudge and peanuts over the years :( It really is a revelation when we consider all of the things we mindlessly shoved in our mouths before. We can't help but be healthier now that we are paying attention. Good job hitting up Safeway for some stand-bys and planning ahead. Enjoy your day!
