today is the worst day I have had since starting this journey.. I ate so much junk, blew my 20 carb count clear out of the water. Think Im sick of doing this!! Know that I am not stopping, but am enjoying entertaining the idea just for a minute. I don't understand why people just drop weight off and mine is going soooo slow!! URG, its frustrating.. Ok, done venting. Im grateful for the weight I've lost, gonna buckle down and get motivated again.

where is your breakfast entry? are you eating 3 times a day? you have been consistant and gradually loosing which means it is more likly to stay off but maybe you need to look at the types of foods you are eating and are you exersizing any? hang in there! you really are doing well just kinda like the rest of us just want it gone now right? lol they say it gets better lol but i want that now too!

lol..I had a 3000 calorie day a week and a half ago. I went up three pounds the next day. Since then, I've lost 7 lbs. A slip is a slip. You can always get back on track. Never give up.

Are you starting with induction or OWL? Your weight loss looks to be steady which is great! One thing I noticed in your food journal is that you're getting the bulk of your carbs from milk and cheeses and it should be coming from veggies. Also, your carb intake ranges from 11 to 45. You may want to try closing in that range to a 5 point spread. It's okay to have an off day..I'm having pancakes tomorrow for my husbands birthday :) Keep going, you're doing great!!
