Getting there....yup, comin' along...
woke up early: check (8 am) worked out early: check (30 mins. elliptical 238K) Breakfast: check post-breakfast vitamins: check water: check (1.5 pre- and post-workout, and then 1 more liter over the rest of the day) Lunch: good (leftover home-made thai curry--half serving) snack: 1 orange
Dinner: The only "fly in the ointment"... When I arrived home and was parking the car, it suddenly occured to me to a)go get Chinese food...OR, b)cook at home, go for a walk, and do a quick workout before dinner...well, the latter option was flagrantly disregarded as I opted for the former...Picked up Zen Kung Pao Chicken with rice (1 small container of white rice and the kung pao was tofu--presumably FRIED!)...I could have opted for portion-control and had half--but eh..went ahead and finished it all.
Ok, tomorrow is another day...
Weight this morning: 164.4 (back to the pre-TOM, pre-weekend-splurge era), but I bet it's going to go back UP tomorrow!
