Tomorrow is my first weigh-in on Atkins. I am a life time member of Weight Watcher's but the weight wasn't moving and at 18 points a day I was feeling hungry and deprived. I look forward to tomorrow's weigh-in because this week although tough the first 3 days (I was tired); I have to say, I like how I'm feeling. I'm not hungry, fatigue has gone and I feel lighter!! See ya tomorrow!

Im so excited, can't wait to hear about your weight loss. What a difference this change of eating habits can have on ones body, I cant beleive the difference of energy I have, now if I can only get out of these night shifts at work that would help with my fatigue. Im on days for the next 2 weeks Im very excited. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions talk with you soon.

Weight loss blew me away, to say the least! I am totally impressed with Atkins! I'm happy you got 2 weeks of days - what days off do you have this coming week? I do have questions! Where do you buy the Red Mills Flax Seed for the MIMs? I will go on to OWL after next week and want to try those muffins - they sound yummy! I am also looking fwd. to some cauliflower potatoes - they're yummy too! Hey, did you see Kraft Dinner came out with cauliflower KD? Saw it on TV but didn't see it today when I was grocery shopping (just wanted to see carb count on it)! Also, do you use the Atkins products (ie. bake mix, Advantage bars and shakes) and if so, where do get them? I was under a time crunch today shopping, so didn't really find them? Where's the best prices too! We should catch up for coffee next week as I'm off on holidays for one more week!

I have Thursday's and Friday's off. I buy my flax meal from Shoppers because of my discount, but Ive seen it at Sobeys and also Safewy. The MIM;s are awesome, I put extra cinnamon in mine, Christina loves them also. I also cook the batter really thin in a frying pan, make it crispy and make it like a sandwhich. I did see the Kraft dinner on tv also and I have been looking at every place I stop but I cant seem to find it. I dont use any bars or bake mix or shakes I tried for a while but they totally stopped my weight loose. My body cant digest the sugar alcohols. I dont like the shakes I find they are pretty bland, but again shoppers has them and the bars. I can let you use my discount if you'd like, but also the super store carries the items and they would be te cheapest. I have never seen the baking mix here in Canada, but Jackie went to the diabetic depot? in Calgary and got tons of low carb items. For the induction they say you should not eat any of that stuff. For my dessert I like to make up some whipping cream made from the whipping cream liquid and I mix it with the flavored splenda packages, very yummy. Im pretty plain when it comes to the food, I dont mix it up to much, but that is what worksfor me. I eat alot of chicken and fish. Im excited to see how your week 2 turns out. Go Atkins Go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks a bunch for the encouragement and the advice on where to buy stuff and your opinion on how they worked (not so much) for you! I won't be buying any for awhile but did want to know where I could get them. I like the idea of whipped cream and flavored splenda packages. I'll give it a try. So, if you're around Thurs. or Fri., I could drop by for a coffee (we'll confirm later this week). Have fun working days! Thanks again!
