I'm still stuck at the same weight for 1 month now. I'v started on induction and am recording my carb intake. I hope this will jumpstart my weight loss again. I have not cheated except for blackeye peas and l/4 piece of corn bread on Jan 1. Yesterday I had a breath mint. I'm also getting back to drinking my water instead of so much diet soda. Geez, losing weight is not fun. Every day I look at Brandy and I know its possible. I actually didn't have 2 atkins bars for breakfast, I had one and then I had one for lunch. It wouldn't record right when I tried to record it at lunch so I show 2 servings for breakfast.
