it seems like i weigh the least friday afternoon pre shower as since i know its weigh in day i only drink the medi's w/o food etc the whole week i was 238/7/6
234.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
