Hey everybody! Wow, it's been almost an entire week since I've visited FS. My husband and I had a planned trip to a 3 day expo but we were gone for 5. I didn't bring my laptop and the wi-fi signal at the hotel was out a good 90% of the time. I brought my resistance band and aside from lunch and dinner, we packed healthy snacks and some oatmeal and V8 for breakfasts. I got frustrated trying to pull up the FS app to log in my food journal like I wanted to. Man, I missed doing that. I really felt lost!
So, back to work yesterday(tuesday) and since we were off today, lots of cooking was done ~ proteins, steamed veggies, rice, as well as meal prep for the next few days. That felt GREAT! It's obvious my lifestyle has drastically changed because the foods we ate when we were away made us feel icky inside.
So glad to be back in full swing.
