Ok, people, listen to me: weight loss can happen with cardio or strength training (muscle building). You really need both to be healthy though. "Cardio" helps your cardiac system - heart and lungs. Strength training helps the rest of you by maintaining your muscle mass. I know there is a debate but really, it's like a chicken-vs-egg debate. Apples and oranges! Peanut butter and jelly! All those things go together, like cardio and strength training. Happy Hump Day!
